So these are the rules. Game is as easy as possible (i think)

1.Government

There are three major governments in the game: Democracy, Dictatorship and Federationsim, each one gives diffrent bonuses.

Democracy - Your country makes x2 times more money. Everybody starts with this government. Best for economy.

Dictatoship - Army morale is stronger, troops are more efficient. Best for big army. Your European Integrity has to be below 50% to take that government.

Federationsim - National Unity goes down much slower, your diplomatic actions doesn't ruin european integrity that much. Best for countries who like quick expansion. (Two players who both follow Federationsim can merge into one country.)

2.EU Membeship

Being member of EU gives you protection of all its members, however it also slowly deincerases your national unity. You can join EU if your European Integrity is at least 50%. You can be voted by members to kick you out of EU if your European Integrity is lower than 50% and you gets autokicked if it's below 10%.

EU Membership gives you:
-Protection
-Cheaper Buildings
-Sometimes you will get free money


3.European Integrity

Defines how much EU friendly you are. If it's at least 50% you can join European Union. If it's high enough you will get money for your investions. I it's low EU might for coliation against you. (Even if you are not a member)

4.National Unity

The main value o the game. The lower it is the country is more likely to break up. High national unity makes your soldiers have good morale and keeps country stable.

You can gain national unity by:
-Events
-Integrating provinces into your country
-Buildings
-Forming federations (only for federantionism)

You can lose it by:
-Conquering Provinces
-Events

5.Army And the game has army of course there are 4 diffrent types:

-Infantry: Classical Type Of Well Trained Soldiers. (2 Moneys Per Regiment)
-Tanks: Heavy weapon of destruction (5 Moneys Per Tank)
-Planes: Airforce. Simply (4 Moneys Per Plane)
-Nukes: Can be obtained only if you builded silo. (10 Moneys Per Rocket)

6. Buildings

There are few type of buildings in the game. Each buiding gives you something diffrent only ONE building can be build in single province.

Defensive:
-Defense Point: Makes province harder to conquer (5 Moneys)
-Militarized Area: Makes province much harder to conquer (15 Moneys)
-Modern Citadel: Makes province almost impossible to conquer (30 Moneys)

Military:
-Training Grounds: Incerases effinency of Infantry. (10 Moneys)
-Tank Factory: Incerases effinency of Tanks (15 Moneys)
-Flight School: Incerases effinency of Planes (15 Moneys)
-Monument: Incerases Morale Of Armies. (20 Moneys)
-Fallout Shelter: Keeps province and neighbooring provinces save from nuking (25 Moneys)
-Nuke Silo: Allows you to create nuclear rocet (30 Moneys)
-Atomic Lab: Makes experiments with nukes. Allows you to create more deadly bombs with same price (50 Moneys)

Cultural/Economic:
-Small Corporation: Incerases income, but only a little.
-Touristic Attraction: Incerases income a little, as well as european integrity (If it's not below 10% already) (10 Moneys)
-Industry: Incerases, you cannot build two factories in provinces that abut. (15 Moneys)
-Grand Corporation: Boosts income heavily. You cannot build two G. Corporations in provinces that about (25 Moneys)

Special:
There are also bunch of special buildings that give really big bonuses. They can be obtained only via event.

7.Diplomacy

You are free to do any diplomatic actions you like. However unions between players are only allowed for federationism.

8.Events

Events will be really simple and common. Some of them are less important, some of them are more important. There's no direct action that triggers event, some are triggered by attacking somebody, the others just need to appear over a time, and even others require being in union or not. No rule for that.
