เรื่อง คำขอจัดการประชุม เพื่อหาแนวทางการปฏิบัติงาน สำหรับการจัดการงานด้าน Access Control ที่ PPT2
• เนื่องจากระบบงานควบคุมการเข้า-ออกอิเล็คทรอนิคส์ (Access Control) +โปรแกรม Access Manager –TIME IN/OUT ถือเป็น Priority ตั้งต้นที่ต้องให้ความสำคัญในการวางระบบสำหรับ PPT2 เพราะมีผลกระทบโดยตรงกับเรื่องระบบความปลอดภัยและการทำจ่ายเงินเดือนพนักงาน เมื่อเริ่มเปิดโรงงาน
• ดังนั้นทางทีม HR PPT2 Project จึงต้องเริ่มเตรียมแผนวิธีการปฏิบัติงาน (Work Procedure/Flow) เพื่อให้ผู้ที่จะไปปฏิบัติงานประจำที่ PPT2 เข้าใจการทำงานและรับมือกับปัญหาตามสถานการณ์ได้ในอนาคต
• การประชุมครั้งนี้มีประเด็นเพื่อหาข้อสรุปและขั้นตอนการทำงานของ PPT2 ตาม agenda ด้านล่างนี้
AGENDA
1. HR อธิบายแนวคิดในการบริหารจัดการงานของ HR & Administration & Facilities ระหว่าง PPT2 และ PPT1 ในเรื่อง Shared-Service/Centralize/Standalone/Process Ownership end-to-end โดยย่อ
2. Security อธิบายลักษณะงานในปัจจุบัน ในฐานะ Process Owner , IT ร่วมซัพพอร์ทอธิบายในฐานะ system support
-เช่น ตั้งแต่เมื่อมีการกำหนดอาคารทำงานใหม่ > ขั้นตอนการจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์ > การเชื่อมต่อ Config System > การแจ้งการเปิดใช้งาน > การแจ้งกรณีเกิดปัญหา ฯลฯ
3. การยึด ระเบียบปฏิบัติงาน FCA-P-001 และฟอร์ม FCA-F-009 สำหรับ PPT2 เพื่อหาขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน และข้อกังวลในกรณีต่างๆที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้น
4. เพื่อกำหนดหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ กำหนดบุคคลผู้รับผิดชอบ (PIC-Person in Charge) และ Technician Support ในการประสานงานกับเจ้าหน้าที่ PPT2
5. เพื่อรับทราบข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของการกำหนดผัง Layout ของแต่ละแผนก
-ความพร้อมของ Hardware - Terminal, ระบบ Network ที่รองรับ
-หลักการในการกำหนดปริมาณของ Terminal Access และ TIME IN/OUT
6. HR ขอให้ Business/Process Owner แชร์แผนงานให้ทาง HR หรือร่วม Draft Activities ที่ HR จะต้องเกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อทาง HR จะได้ follow-up ตามความรับผิดชอบได้ถูกต้อง
7. Q&A รวบรวมองค์ประกอบที่สำคัญอื่นๆและข้อ concern จากแต่ละฝ่าย

-Agenda นี้เป็นเพียงการคาดการณ์ของกระผมครับ เจ้าของกระบวนการสามารถนำเสนอเองได้เลยครับ
-การประชุมคาดว่าจะใช้เวลาประมาณ 1 ช.ม.
-หากท่านใดไม่สะดวกในเวลาดังกล่าว ให้ทำการ propose calendar ใหม่ครับ การประชุมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ต้องการให้ทุกฝ่าย ( Security IT HR PPT2) ประชุมกันอย่างพร้อมหน้าครับ
