-community leaders ay mayroong ionteraction sa 1st hand
-wlaang lanbel na leaders sila ex. doctor, nurse, kapitbahay.

-part ng power dynamics hindi natin gaano nakakasama o nakikita pero part sila ng organization.
-walang mostly interaction(ex.mayor or yung mga nasa high government) it help to lead the community.


Community economics structure
-It refers to capital assets, vulnerability context, business climate, and trade found wiithin the community.

Community cultural structure
-It refers to symbols, languages, norms, beliefs, values, rituals and artifacts.
-part ng cultural structure(like hilig,values, etc)
-based sa culture.

Community Social Structure
-It refers to the connection between the opeople livin within the community
-paano o ginagawa o kung ano ginagawa ng mga tao to connect to each other
ex. group of people that cares in environment, organization na may parepaprehong thoughts, there are someting in common, social institutions or other feature related to society.

Community Power
-capacity of the community to exercise control over activities and seek ways to employ available resources to establish a stronger and successful community.
-hindi tumutukoy sa capicity ng isang tao lang
-has the capacity to exercise
-lahat ng tao sa community ay may capability to help the community
-ex. gusto nyo maging green yung community kailangan nyo mag tulungan ng nasa community nyo(tulungan lang sa mga kasama di na maalam sa gawaing inatas)
-avility ng mga tao sa loob ng community kung paano nila matutulungan yung community nila(dapat iisa ng goal ang mga tao na nasa community)(collective na pagkilos, samasama, decide mas lalakas ito kung yung tao na ansa loob ng cpmmmunity ay iisa ang goal)
-idea capacity ng community to realy govern there own community, para ma govern yung idea na ito ay fdapat iisa ang goal ng tao.

how to build community power
-interact sa sa kapwa mo sa community(para malaman nyo kung ano yung problema, naguusap kayo ng kasama mo kung ano ano yung mga problema sa community nayon)
-advocacy magiging idea ng citizebs voice ano ang mga bagay na dapat pag tuunan ng pansin sa loob ng community.
-gagawa ng mga bagay na kung saan/sino mag identify sa mga tao kung ano gagawin mo sino mag decide, sino susundin, sino mag decide ano dapat gagawin o mag paaptupad ng program sa loob ng community.
-shared leadership/leadership development planning

Community Organization
-organizing aimed at making dered improvements to a community social health, well-being and overall functioning.
-dahil may nadevelop na leader, alam na natin problema o may idea na kung paano masosolusyonan ito.
-com org dito nagkakaroon ng com org ibat ibang aspeto
-you wanted to improve something you wanted to give solution in community.
-community organization, nagkakaroon nito kasi yung tao gusto ng solusyon sa specific problem sa loob ng community.
-nabuo dahil meron silang gustong patunayan at solusyonan sa loob ng community.
