Jennifer Laidlaw earned her MD from the University of British Columbia before doing an internship in psychiatry. She is an assistant professor at Tufts University School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and adjunct faculty in the UM PM&R & Family Medicine residency programs. She has had an ongoing interest in research and education related to musculoskeletal disorders. She is currently teaching Neuromuscular and musculoskeletal medicine to the Family Medicine residents and has ongoing research projects in musculoskeletal education electrodiagnostic medicine, as well as performing arts medicine.

Dr. Pulkit Sing completed her medical degree from the University of New South Wales before finishing her Psychiatry Residency at the University of British Columbia. She was awarded the Undergraduate Teaching Award and the Psychotherapy Award during her residency to acknowledge her accomplishments in these areas. She has worked in various Psychiatry areas and has a particular interest in Cardiac Psychiatry.


Dr. Nadeesha is a psychiatrist who works with adults at BC Cancer. She has a particular interest in Psychooncology and enjoys working with older patients. She has a long-standing interest in geriatric psychiatry, and has worked as a consultant at the Geriatric Psychiatry Consult Liaison Service (GPCLS) as well as the ECT Service at Vancouver General Hospital. She also serves as a teacher and mentor for medical students and residents.

Dr. Theresa Lo

Dr. Theresa Lo completed medical school and psychiatry training at the University of British Columbia. She has worked for the BC Cancer Agency, Surrey Mental Health and UBC Sleep Disorders Centre. She has an extensive clinical practice that includes psychodynamic and dialectical psychology. She is fluently able speak Cantonese.

Dr Karim was educated at Guy's King's St Thomas' and St George's hospitals in London and is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists. She is an active member of the Specialist Register for the General Medical Council and has been practicing psychiatry for more than 20 years. She is interested in psychotherapy for children and adolescents.

Dr. Richford began her career as a nurse and then she studied medicine at Dalhousie. She earned her MD in 1996. She is a psychiatrist on staff for Providence Health Care, Vancouver General Hospital BC Cancer-Vancouver as well as a Clinical Associate Professor at UBC. She is also an active member of the Association of Physicians and Surgeons of Ohio. She is an adjudicator on the Eighth Judicial District Court as well as the Federal Sixth Circuit Court.
