I believe that Johnny Barnes performed his service to others because he had a deep sense of compassion and love for everyone no matter what. His actions were motivated by his happiness, empathy and kindness, he wanted to spread positivity and love to everyone.

One way to spread happiness in my community could be to participate on regular volunteer events, supporting local causes or assisting those people that need help. Also, I could improve this by telling the people I love like my friends/family, that I love them more often, because sometimes I already take it for granted that they know, but knowing is not enough, I think that love must be shown.

Sometimes people want to hold on to unhappy moments because they want to understand and reflect on the issue and not simply let it pass or ignore it because it is something that worries them. These moments can be important to understand our unhappiness or even to "validate" our emotions. But it could also be that we are afraid to face the problem or the cause of your sadness. Is happiness a choice? Well, there are many circumstances that influence how we feel and how things affect us, but I think we all have to learn to have control how we respond to situations and with what attitudes we face them. So, although we cannot always control happiness, I believe that we can all cultivate it with actions of kindness or empathy like Johnny Barnes.

I am happiest when I'm at the beach alone, surrounded by the calming sound of the waves, reading a good book or simply basking in the sun and taking refreshing swims. I also find immense happiness when I'm traveling or going to camps with my group of friends, sharing stories and experiences, creating memories and entering us ourselves in the world of nature together.
