Marshall Monitor II ANC Headphones Review
These headphones are designed for long-lasting use, with Bluetooth 5.0 and up to 80 hours of battery. They also have custom-tuned dynamic drivers that deliver high-quality bass and a smooth mid-range for an epic listening experience.
Marshall kept control simple with a multidirectional knob on the right earpad that controls play/pause, track skipping, and volume adjustments. A double press activates voice assistants for hands-free phone calls and audio sharing.
Comfort
Marshall brings its rock-and-roll heritage to the headphones market with a pair that is sturdy and comfortable enough to wear for a number of hours. These aren't the best headphones to listen to audiophile music, however they do provide music from metal and punk, and all the guitar-driven music in between.
These Bluetooth headphones feature 40mm drivers, and are packaged in a stylish black-and-brown package with jet-black accents reminiscent of Marshall's guitar amplifiers. They fold up flat and can be tucked neatly into a jacket pocket to make it easy to transport. The controls are controlled by a small multidirectional joystick located on the right earpad. One push turns the headphones off and on it, plays music or pauses it, and adjusts the volume. Nudging the controller vertically skips forward or backwards a track, while the horizontal push activates the phone's voice assistant.
The headphones work with Bluetooth devices of all kinds. They can be charged wirelessly using a QI wireless charger pad (sold separately). You can also listen to music in wired mode using the 3.5 mm jack, which works well enough.
The Marshall Major IV has a stylish, comfortable headphone with a class-leading battery. It has decent audio quality and a long-lasting battery. It's more expensive than other Bluetooth headphones, but the nostalgia surcharge is worth it if you're interested in Marshall's retro design.

Design
Marshall's headphones have a vintage look that is appealing to many people. They are sturdy and easy to fold away, making them an ideal choice to take on trips with. They come with an integrated microphone to allow hands-free calls. The headsets have active noise cancellation that blocks out background sounds, reducing the sound of conversations in the vicinity. The quality of the sound is top-quality, and they are well balanced across all frequencies. The Marshall application allows you to customize the sound profile according to your preferences and music genres.
Unlike most wireless headphones, which are packed with buttons and features these headphones have a simple user interface. They have a single, multi-function button that is located under the right earcup. The multi-function button uses directional pushes like the joystick on a game controller, and provides feedback on each press. It also plays pleasant guitar notes to confirm your commands. You can pair your Bluetooth headphones, control music, make and receive phone calls, and power up the headphones.
head phone shop features a multi-directional control knob that regulates the volume and tracks. It is constructed of black, textured vinyl and adds a touch of class to its design. They are extremely comfortable and sit comfortably on your ears. They also come with a 3.5 millimeter jack as well as an insulated cable that allows you to utilize them with mobile devices. They also provide 30 hours of battery life when using the noise cancellation function.
They are not the most expensive headphones available however they do have plenty to provide for the price. They are designed to look stylish, have excellent audio quality, and come with an impressive noise cancellation feature.
Sound
The Marshall Major IV Bluetooth on-ear headphones are the most recent Bluetooth headphones from a company that is known for its amps for rock stars. The design is inspired by the history of the brand and rock spirit. It incorporates touches like chrome tolex, brass, and tolex. Its sound is distinctive in the market, with the harmonic that blends the analog and rock genres.
They deliver a balanced and clear sound with sublime detail at all frequencies including bass that is booming but doesn't obscure other tonalities. Cymbals and vocals are the most prominent. The Marshall application lets you alter the sound to your taste and preferences, with settings that are optimized for a wide range of genres from rock to hip-hop and electronic music.
Although they may not be ideal for audiophiles (especially those who like to listen to music at a high volume) They are a great choice for those who want to listen to their favourite tunes with a group of friends or during long flights. They are comfortable to wear for long periods of time and are easy to throw in a bag which makes them a perfect travel companion.
They are lightweight on-ear headphones, which make them ideal for use in public transport or at work. The foldable design also makes them easy to store in your desk drawer when not in use. They are compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth 5.0 and can be connected via 3.5mm cables for users who do not use Bluetooth. Additionally, the Marshall Major IV has a smooth gold multi-directional control knob that provides easy and intuitive controls for playback, track skipping and volume adjustment. This is a significant improvement over previous models, which were more difficult to navigate for users.
Noise Cancellation
Marshall is well-known for its guitar amplifiers, but it's made a push into the realm of consumer audio over the past few years with Bluetooth headphones and wireless speakers. The latest models of its headphones called the Monitor II ANC add an ANC feature to its existing line and deliver some solid improvements on performance, ergonomics, features, and more.
The design is elegant and minimalist, evoking the amp stacks Marshall is known for. They feature closed ear cups covered with a fake leather texture and brass accents. A gold-plated potentiometer on the right earcup allows you to play, pause, and change the volume. A second button marked with an M enables you to access Google Assistant or equalizer presets on your smartphone. The headsets have an in-built microphone to take calls however it's not the most effective and can pick up a lot of background noise.
The headphones have a dynamic driver that measures 40mm and the pre-frequency range of 20-20kHz. They provide high-quality sound and an excellent quality of natural sound, and are suitable for all genres of music. They come with a noise cancellation feature that blocks ambient sound, but it's not the most effective available. They can cut down ambient sound by around 80 percent, yet still allow some ambient noise.
The Marshall headphones are extremely comfortable to wear. They have soft earpads that are easily adjusted to accommodate your ears. They're also very portable due to their foldable design. When not in use they can be folded up and put in a soft case. The headphones are light and comfortable, so you can wear them for extended periods without discomfort.
Battery Life
The Marshall Major IV Bluetooth headphones provide a battery life of up to 80 hours. This makes them among the most efficient Bluetooth headphones for mobile devices. This is due to the fact that they use Bluetooth 5.0 and also support low latency audio, which cuts down on the consumption of battery. They also have the ability to block noise and also smart functions that comes from Google Assistant.
They're designed to be lightweight and fold easily into their cases for easy transport. The headphones are also very lightweight, so they won't strain your ears or shoulders if you wear them for long periods. The headband is also cushioned to provide additional comfort.
Marshall has built a reputation for its guitar amps that are that are used by the biggest rock groups, so it should come as no surprise that these headphones have a distinct sound that is ideal for music with a guitar. The bass is powerful but not overpowering. The balance of the trebles is adequate to preserve the mid-tones.
The range of wireless connectivity for these devices is quite wide, and the sync is quick and simple. They also work with a USB cable, which can be connected to your smartphone even when they are not in range. The Marshall app lets you alter the EQ settings and enable Eco Charging, which caps the charging limit at 80%, which helps to limit battery degradation.
The Marshall Monitor II ANC Bluetooth headphones are a fantastic Bluetooth headphone that has many features at a low cost. They're comfortable and light and come with a solid set of ergonomic earcups that don't warm up or pinch your ears. The sound is clear, lively and bouncy. The earpads feel comfortable against your ears. They're great for listening to all kinds of music, but they're especially well-suited to rock with a guitar and driving beats.
