Customer called in due to does not have good coverage.
previous rep processed a handset upgrade, thinking that was the problem, however the client is still experiencing the same issues and feels t mobile is wasting his time and money.


I am so sorry to hear you have been experiencing some coverage issues, and that the handset upgrade didn't work as estimated. Before I transfer you over to my supervisor I would like to see if I can further clarify and assist you, and help get this matter taken care of, would you mind if I asked you some more direct questions re: the low or no levels of coverage...? (no go ahead) Ok thank you. are you experiencing low/no coverage in more than one location? For instance is this not working in your home? down the road? at work? at your neighbors? (pretty much when I am at home.).. Ok, let me do some signal area troubleshooting in your area to verify if there are no outages or low levels in your area, nothing wrong with the network... so what I can offer you is a signal booster for your residence that I feel will assist you with these complications.... There is a $25 deposit fee up front for the signal booster, but there are no additional monthly charges for it, and you can keep it during the duration of your account with us. Then when you no longer need the device, just return it. Would you be happy to try this out first? (yes) ok, so let me clarify what we've discussed in the call and notate the account,
