Start off by adding your name and choosing your car at the primary screen. You can elect to customize your car if you need, but it's not neccesary. Chose your region, then click Play. Once the game loads you'll be in a little area with a bunch of other players. Utilize the arrow keys to control your kart and press the area key to use your power-up. To gain power-ups, you should drive through the floating ballons, but watch out for gift packages because those aren't the packages you need.
