Easy to install

The original cover needs to be removed before the new one can be installed.

After removing the old cover You can then use a flathead for prying the four main attachment clips from the driver side of the fob assembly. They are marked in red on the picture below. Also, note the tabs for locating slots that are highlighted in yellow. They need to be disengaged as well.

After removing the battery replace it with a new # CR2032 3 Volt coin cell battery. The "+" side of the battery should be facing the opening on the fob, and the "side that is "-" side should face the buttons made of rubber.

Attach the cover for the passenger side mirror by aligning locating tabs. Once you've done this, place the fob on the driver's side in your car and test it by pressing the button on the front of the car key. If everything is working as it should, the parking lights should be turned on and the doors will close.
