answer: you turn on the first switch and wait 10 minutes. after that you turn off the first switch and turn on the second switch.. you then run upstairs and check.. if the light is on its the 2nd switch, if the light is off touch the lightbulb, if its hot that means that its the first switch, if the lightbulb is off and room temprature then its the 3rd switch
