A Decade Of Rainbows—Rainbow Lorikeet Tops The tenth Annual Aussie Bird Count

In early November BirdLife Australia, leaders for bird dialog in Australia, revealed the preliminary results for the Aussie Bird Count.
With more than 420,000 counted, the colorful Rainbow Lorikeet once once more comes out on prime, beating the Noisy Miner with almost 220,000 and the long-lasting Australian Magpie with round 154,000 counted.

In whole, over eighty,000 Aussies counted more than 3.6 million birds through the week submitting over a hundred,000 checklists and observing 658 bird species.
