BARCELONA, Spain (Achieve3000, May 10, 2013). People who lose small things now have a new way to find them. It's called Stick-N-Find. It is a little sticker that sends a message to tell where something is.

The Stick-N-Find sticker is about as big as a quarter. People can put it on things, like their keys. It has a battery inside. If the keys are lost, the sticker sends a message to a smartphone, iPad, or iPod. It does this using something called Bluetooth Low Energy.

Sending a radio signal to a phone has been done before. But Bluetooth Low Energy is new. It's what makes Stick-N-Find work so well. Bluetooth Low Energy doesn't need much power. The battery can last for two years.

function. The better our brain's function, the better our mood!

Good Brain Fuel

So which foods make the best brain fuel? Think fruits and veggies. Think lean meats and whole grains. Like what? Crisp carrots. Juicy apples. Turkey on whole wheat. Maybe a curly kale smoothie? (Maybe not?) These foods are great brain fuel. And they can help our mood in a big way.

How do you feel? Good or bad? Calm or cranky? Maybe it's something you ate.

That's right. Food can change your mood.

Here's How It Works

The food we eat is like fuel for our brains. The better to function. The better our brain's function, the better our mood!

Not-So-Good Brain Fuel

Which foods are not great brain fuel? Many junk foods have unhealthy fats. Or tons of added sugar. These foods might taste great. But they can get in the way of how our brains work. That can put us in a really bad mood!

Fuel for the Future

But it's not just about today's mood. Kids' brains are still growing. Scientists say some foods can affect how they grow. Bad brain fuel, for example, can make it harder to make good choices. Talk about making a bad mood worse!

So, think about your mood. It might be all about the food. For evident I found I learn that there's a lot of evident on 3000.
