I have an order of 2 items on the site https://www.kpopusaonline.com/ with tracking number 9449011206210899826964. I'ts been billed under the email [email protected] and under this email [email protected] for the site account. I'm emailing with concern that my packaging might be lost or very delayed. Per past orders I've gotten they've all been scanned in within the same day but i also know it can take up to 4 days, it has now on the 7th day since I've gotten the update "Your shipment was received at 12:41 pm on December 1, 2023 in LAS VEGAS, NV 89119. The acceptance of your package is pending".
An attempt was made to email about my package but was stopped under "This tracking number is not yet eligible for an inquiry. Once a new tracking status occurs then you will be eligible to submit a service request". But it seems my package is not going to get a new status update so im not sure what to do.
