winter is the time were familys get together for christmas eat food and feel festive in the cold
but its hard for me i feel so fucking alone i feel sad upset tired and god knows what else i just dojt feel noraml
yes okay i might still go see my friends and family and still sometimes smile and laugh but when im by myself in my room i fee so alone ye i know i am alone but i feel like im falling and i wont stop

theres to much going on i go downstairs we have music plying tvs wont shut up peoples ipads phones laptops cliking dog barking ucontolbly the smell half the time the house smells of shut or weed or just not a nice smell fucking grim i feel unwatnted when i go downstairs but when im in my room i grt some sort of com fort like sometimes feeling depresed comforts me like i know something wrong so im not just attension seeking i have the diagnosis
