sign in to your account using your Xfinity ID password
Click on your account icon from the top right corner
select billing details
scroll down to bill settings and then select the autopay box
select the payment method you want to use for auto pay. you can choose a saved payment method from the list or add new payment method
click the box next I agree to the auto pay terms and conditions
fill details
click set up
10 dollar discount if not given= oh sorry to hear that it could be very frustrating for you but you need not to worry about that as everything got recorded over here if such promise has been made to you, so i will raise this concern to our team for the same and action will be taken on this as soon as possible
