1. No. Morality and our sense of justice is based on the degree of hurt and pain inflicted - on our fellow man
and our fellow creatures. In Dan's experiments people possibly cheated because they believed it was not
causing hurt because it was a funded experiment. We stick to our morals and principles only as long as we
know our actions would be visible to others. But having said that, there is still our own personal measuring
tool in our mind that measures whether we are a good person or not. So in situations where we can cheat
without getting caught, the tug of war between right and wrong manages to get us somewhere in the middle of
the spectrum where it is okay to cheat just a little bit, but not to cross the limit where we ourselves start
thinking what we are doing is wrong.
2. Yes. There is no specific law against corporate espionage but there are laws against aspects of it such
as fraud and theft, which often occur as part of it.
3.The practice of lip-syncing is seen so unfavorably due to the fact that people view it as a dishonest act.
For example, a person who payed to see an artist perform live only to find out they lip-sync during concerts
probably feels cheated and does not believe the money was worth it.
4. Card counting is a casino card game strategy used primarily in the blackjack family of casino games to
determine whether the next hand is likely to give a probable advantage to the player or to the dealer.
Card-counting should not be illegal nor be considered cheating. Andrew Bloch, World Series of Poker veteran
and former MIT Card Counting Team member, said at a conference last year that “our ability to think is what
really makes us human, and it separates us from other animals, and when you kick someone out of a business
or a country or whatever just because that person is exercising their ability to think, to me that’s an
affront to civil rights.”
5.It depends on how you got the piece of art. If you took the photo you are tracing yourself, it is not
really cheating. However, If you didn't take them yourself, it can be. If you don't have the copyright or
know who does (and it isn't public domain or a stock photo you paid for) you could be asking for trouble.
It's potentially something you could get sued over if you make money or even just publish it without
permission.
6. Diego Maradona's ‘Hand of God’ effort is one of the most controversial goals in soccer history.Six minutes
into the second-half, Maradona passed the ball to Jorge Valdano and continued his run from the left into the

Yes. No matter how you look at it, it is still considered cheating.
7."Flopping" is defined as any physical act that appears to have been intended to cause the referees to call
a foul on another player. The primary factor in determining whether a player committed a flop is whether his
physical reaction to contact with another player is inconsistent with what would reasonably be expected given
the force or direction of the contact.
8. Yes. Disabled bathrooms are there specificely for people with disabilities to have ready access to. Just
as it is not allowed for an able person to park in a disabled spot, using a bathroom meant for disabled
people should too.
9.Lying on a college application would be to claim something is true when it simply is not in any way. Presenting
yourself in the best possible light is using the truth carefully in order to make your application look better.
10. Catfishing means luring (someone) into a relationship by means of a fictional online persona.
Yes, on the internet it is very easy to take on somebody else's identity by using their pictures, name,
and other information. It is also very easy to trick someone else into believing that false identity as
they cannot see who is truly behind the screen.
11. Is secret plastic surgery cheating? Not in the traditional sense, but for many of us it would feel wrong
to keep such an important secret.
12. Yes. Although a person could say that a students goal is to learn and get their work done sthere
it doesn't matter what is used as long as productivity is achieved in the end, there are many dangers
presented by nootropics. Some of these include brain chemistry alterations, cognitive deficits, cumulative
toll on nervous system and more.
