Accomplishments from last quarter:
-Environmental services passed the state inspection with 100% in my department.
-Up date orientation power point.
-All audits were completed for the quarter.
-in-services and employee evaluation are up to date
Goals not meet from last quarter:
- Reduce overtime hours ,we try to hired two new employees but was no possible.
- improve our quality on room readiness is still a room for improvement ,sometimes housekeeping not have
enough time to prepare rooms with quality
My profecional proyects:
aside my busy agenda i find time to seat with my staff and plan ahead the way we will working and also disscus their espectation and goals for this company.
Our communication is also making progress they fell free to come with me and express their suggestions and wishes I'm glad to see those improvements.
