Hi good evening! my name is Dixit Brar, I was born and bought up in Shimla Himachal Pardesh.
I have done my schooling from DAV lakkar Bazzar Shimla. If i talk about my family we are 4 members including me and I have 1 year experience in B.P.O as a customer care executive ( in eclerx, xfinity chat reapir) and my hobbies are listening music and playing football that's all about me.
About process:
If I talk about the process I'm working in Comcast Xfinity internet chat repair basically it's 60% customer services and 40 % sales. let's take an example like In order to survive in India we need Food, clothes and house but if I talk about U.S in order to survive people Must have internet, food ,clothes and house and if customer facing the internet , Tv and landline issues they will raised real time chat and we will assist them by doing some troubleshooting according to S.O.P(standard operation process) and while doing the troubleshooting we will pitch them sales for an example: internet speed upgrade, new internet services and mobile services as well. that's all the process.
