Silknet's shareholder is Yerkin Tatishev - a Kazakh businessman.
Yerkin Tatishev Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353 percent in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owner of Silknet.
The final beneficiary of Topaz Investments (Malta) Limited is Erkin Tatishev, who has been a long-time partner of the Silk Road Group.
If the deal is successful, the percentage of profits to Silknet beneficial buyers will change. Daniel Kunin Giorgi Ramishvili's share will decrease and he will already have an equal share of Yerkin Tatishev.
