NPC's:
• Lance-a-lot: An elderly, malnourished dog found inside the Death House, where he presumably was lured and got stuck like the party. Lance-a-lot has been following the group since being found.
• Gustave Durst: Father and cult member. Died after writing a suicide note to his children, presumed hanging but no body was found. Later appeared as ghast and was given final rest.
• Elizabeth Durst: Mother and cult member. Unknown death, according to Gustave she had become monstrous and evil. No body was found, appeared later as ghast and her soul was given final rest.
• Thornboldt 'Thorn' And Rosavalda 'Rosa' Durst: Children, unaware of the cult. Died due to being locked in their bedroom. Brought party into house, unaware they were ghosts. Given final rest.
• Walter Durst: Ilegitamate child of Gustave. Sacrificed for the cult and turned into a shambling mound for an unknown amount of time. Cultists seemed to be bound to the shambling mound. Walter wasn't killed by the party, instead calmed and given final rites with the rest of his family.

Session 3 - missed dungon
• Attacked by a swarm of large centipedes. they came through a hole in the wall of Elizabeth's tomb. (Creita killed them *without* hitting the part with a spell!)
• Cultist sleeping quarters - Five rooms held loot (Collected)
• Encountered Grick in cultist pantry. ~~Grick not food despite being in the larder.~~ Grick *is* food. Grickamari. 12 days of rations total. (Anri ripped Grick in half from the beak, after it bit her in the chest for 10 damage.)
• ambushed by 4 ghouls, sprung from trapdoors under us.
• Found a shrine to Strahd. Skeletons adorn the walls like decorations. Cultest made offerings at the shrine.
• Located Gustave and Elizabeth, turned into ghasts. Poison gas (Anri has no trouble) (Anri make them cease to exist wth the minimum damage of 26)
