what is the difference between package return and return from creating a payment entry through Patient appointment ?
when a session is only booked it is returned from payment entry through Patient appointment
when full package is booked but only part of the service is consumed then remaining return is done from package return
Issues:
Paid by payment entry through Patient appointment in the back end system create a JV
for customer HANOUF FAWAZ ALDAFIRI we check in quick payment we given her refund by mode of payment "temprory cash"
(when a jv was created the mode of payment was changed from temporary cash to upayment) and jv was also reverse like entry should be HANOUF FAWAZ ALDAFIRI A/c Debit
temporary cash credit
but passed entry was upayment A/c debit
HANOUF FAWAZ ALDAFIRI A/c credit
also system is allowing to create new sales invoice

As per the screen shot marked she have 2 sessions but used only one but the balance is showing zero
