Hello Bridgetowne Gamechangers,

We are very happy to have you as one of our guests for our "Bridgetowne Oktoberfest 2023" on November 25, 2023 (Saturday) at SkyDome (SM North Edsa).

Transportation will be not be provided.
Once successfully registered, the Engagement team will validate and send the final list by November 16, 2023.
Registration is free and is open from November 3 until maximum capacity is reached.

Please consider your schedule before submitting the form for seamless participation.
This is our time to get together once more and enjoy as one Bridgetowne filled with fun and entertainment for you.
Snacks and drinks will be provided for everyone who want to join.

Event Details
Who: All Active Bridgetowne Concentrix + Webhelp Game Changers
When: November 25, 2023 – 5:00PM to 12:00MN (MLA Time)
Where: SM North SkyDome (1M24J+7HQ, North Ave, Bago Bantay, Quezon City, Metro Manila)

Cancellation Policy
No cancellation, please make sure that you are aware of your schedule on November 25th prior registering. Those with plotted schedule kindly coordinate with your account leaders. Once you submit your registration, this means that your have secured your schedule and are surely joining.

Event Proper
Registration will start at 4:00pm and event proper starts at 5pm.
There will be designated areas for production team, employees, and artists. Please make sure we follow them.

Transportation
Transportation will be not be provided.

Food and Beverage
During the event, employees are expected to adhere to the policies set by the committee and the company; employee may consume snacks and beverages during the entire duration of the event”.
Ticket with snacks and drink stubs will be distributed upon registration.
The mall is open until 10pm for more food options

Dress code and Proper Decorum
Please wear your “Rock Party Themed Attire” as long as we make sure that you are still following the standard/appropriate dress code policy.

Registration (For Strict Compliance)
Only successfully registered Bridgetowne Concentrix + Webhelp Game Changers will be allowed access to the venue on the day of the event. No outsiders.
Onsite Registration will be open until 8:00PM only. Please make sure you are available before you submit your registration. No exemptions.

10.I hereby acknowledge that my participation in The Bridgetowne Oktoberfest 2023 on November 25, 2023, is entirely voluntary.

I acknowledge that I have been given an overview of the activities for this event and that the event rules have been thoroughly explained and that I have accepted/agreed to the mechanics/guidelines/other rules and regulations of the event.

During the conduct of this event, I understand that I will abide by all event rules and observe the Company’s Code of Discipline and Ethics /Code of Ethical Business Conduct Guidelines as well as other house rules of the venue for the event.

I understand that the company will not be liable for any loss or damage to property, bodily injury and/or death born out of neglect or causes attributed to me and my kids, and/or deliberate disregard of the event rules, and/or house rules of the venue. As such, any damages, loss, injuries shall be for my own personal account. I also take full responsibility in ensuring that I am physically fit to participate in this company sponsored event.

I forever release Concentrix + Webhelp, its officers, Game Changers, event organizers, and other co-Game Changers from any liability arising out of health issues or complications arising from my participation in the said event.

By submitting this form I’m also allowing Bridgetowne Concentrix +Webhelp Employee Engagement team all rights, titles, and interests to finished pictures, edited tapes, reproductions, or copies of the original photo, audio, or video images or recording for promotional purposes

I acknowledge that I have read and understood this Waiver of Liability, Release and Publications and I agree to be legally bound by it.
