Kedua, Kota Hantu Matsuo, Jepang. Tambang Matsuo di utara Jepang dibuka pada tahun 1914 dan ditutup pada tahun 1969. Tenaga kerja dan penduduk, semuanya ditampung di sebuah kota di pegunungan Hachimantai park. Tempat itu hanya berupa sisa reruntuhan yang mengerikan diantara kabut. Ketiga, St. Elmo Colorado, Amerika Serikat.Pada tahun 1878, ribuan orang datang ke kota ini untuk mencari penghidupan dari tampang emas dan perak. Sejak kebakaran hebat yang nyaris memusnahkan seluruh kota, kota ini mulai ditinggalkan dan menjadi kota hantu.
