Der folgende Stadtplan wurde vom Stadtplaner von "Zentraldorf" erstellt, der gleichzeitig Maries Vater ist. Er zeigt die Lage der wichtigsten Gebäude im Ort sowie die ungefähre Lage des Wohnhauses von Marie und eines geplanten Spielplatzes. Das Besondere an diesem Plan ist, dass er die Lage der Gebäude im Dorf in Polarkoordinaten angibt. Dabei entspricht eine Einheit im Plan 300
Metern in der Realität.
Interessant ist außerdem, dass es nur geradlinige Verbindungsstraßen zwischen den einzelnen Gebäuden und dem Zentrum (Z) gibt. Will Marie also von ihrem Wohnhaus in die Schule, so muss sie auf direktem Weg zum Zentrum laufen und von dort aus erneut geradlinig zur Schule gehen.
Die Polarkoordinaten der wichtigsten Gebäude gibt der Stadtplaner wie folgt an:
Kirche: W1 = 5e(7/6pi*j)
Schule: W2 = 3
Supermarkt: W3 = e^(-pi/2j)
Wohnhaus: W4 = re(3/4pi*j)
(a) Marie hat einen anstrengenden Tag vor sich und muss nacheinander von ihrem Wohnhaus aus die Kirche, Schule und Supermarkt aufsuchen und am Ende wieder zu Hause ankommen. Dafür braucht sie für den kürzesten Weg
Kilometer. Ermitteln Sie, wie weit Marie vom Zentrum weg wohnt.
