SPEECH
Having homeless people is wickedly inhumane and also nonsense. Nobody wins on both sides. Because even the wealthy and the middle class have to deal with them sleeping around your property in usually in hidden spots because society forces them to hide. And you then have to see the sight sore of them in public places all grungy. And they do not win either bccause they are suffering and no realistic help and no realistic transition is available for them to recover. No safe positive environments for em to recover in location because shelters are dangerous mad houses. No realistic and instant recovery in terms of time but 2 to 4 months for recovery to even begin. In the O3 system they will get their needs meet realistically in all aspects of human needs and the public including the middle class and the rich will not have to worry where they are the next night or next day. They will be all in positive stationed spots. Less crime and worry when the next aggression or the next addict will do next or where they are at is what should have been done ages ago in our evolution. But the USA is still a baby nation and only 300 years old compared to many of there nations of this world.
