I wanted to inform you that we are currently facing a challenging situation due to the departure of two employees, Pramila Naik, and Trupti Mestri. They have officially left work as of 31-10-2023.
Since their departure, I have struggled to manage the workload effectively due to the reduced manpower. It has become clear that we need to urgently fill these vacancies with new experienced staff members. Without additional support, it will be difficult to meet our targets and maintain operations smoothly.
To address this issue, I kindly request your assistance in initiating the hiring process as soon as possible.

I would also like to bring to your attention a pressing issue we are facing regarding the management of our deliveries.
As you are aware, we have acquired the agency of three companies, namely Reliance Retail, Baby Hug, and Hickles. Additionally, we are also working as a Super Stockiest for the company called Hari Darshan. However, we are currently operating with only one vehicle, which is proving to be extremely challenging in managing our deliveries effectively.
Given the increased volume of products to be delivered and the demands placed on our limited resources, it has become an arduous task to ensure timely and efficient deliveries across all locations.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and would be grateful for your guidance and prompt action in alleviating this challenge.
