Ideas for Halloween Party

1. The theme that I'm thinking for this is "Love at First Fright: A Movie Magic". I got this idea from the book that I'm reading garnet academy ung title. Based on my research din po love at "First Fright: A Movie Magic" is a movie made in 1941. In simple words, the theme is movie character. Students can wear their favorite movie character to the event!

2. Hallo King and Queen
- This will be a fun idea to add on our event. All of the students kasali dito and tayo din. The judges can be the teachers or the students themselves like voting on who they want to win the title. We could also have a little runway show per section like the buwan ng wika event.


1. Theme ng tarpaulin
- The theme that I think in our tarpaulin is 'Y2K'. As this is very popular among gen's and we could have a little fun on our tarpaulin by adding our pictures like a scrapbook!

2. SCO shirt color
- Blue. Why? Since blue is a color often associated with trust and loyalty, it has been strongly linked to leadership. Research suggests that it helps create a calming and reassuring atmosphere, making leaders appear more approachable. I want the cyan-like color for this to make us more stand out in the midst of the crowd. Plus, the color blue is our school's color and it matches with our SCO and AICS logo's.

3. Something na marecognize tayo
- Pin, this is something that I think we could wear everyday without forgetting them. We could wear this on our uniforms or id laces like the SCO last year.

What makes a leader
Walang leader kung wala yung nasasakupan nya, and a leader can stand alone and face all of the problems before yung mga nasasakupan nya. A leader needs to be a listener din sa mga nasasakupan nya to lead them more and understand their feelings more. para sakin kasi, a good leader is a good servant. It's not just a position or title, it's about our actions and examples. parang kung wala kang service sa mga nasasakupan mo you're just a leader with a title dlwbuoasbfucoesbf

How would you handle criticism
I'll take it for the team, kasi ayoko yung sinisi to sa mga team members ko mas gusto ko sakin diretso. Para ako yung maging example sakanila para we need to do better and much more improve sila or ako. And pagdating naman sakin for myself, lahat ng judgements and criticism diko sya dinadamdam masyado kasi para sakin parang inspiration yon and an advice un nga to do better next time

What are your strengths and weaknesses as an SCO mem?
Siguro my strength is yung motivation ko sa mga members ko kasi mahalaga yun sakanila lalo na yung mga iba na hindi masyadong confident sa ibang bagay pag nakikita ko yon I talk to them and make motivations. and a listener pag may issue and anything, I communicate with them and ako yung nag aayos non. My weakness siguro yung time managemnet ko kasi dami kong pinasok na like extracurricular activities and president din ako ng klase so pag may event po lagi akong busy and gulong gulo. But I'm trying to be much more organized and have an advanced plan para alam kona schedules ko

How would you describe your leadership style?
Para sakin yung pag-lelead ko, ano I take rules very seriously so yun yung pinapasunod ko but I don't push them too hard naman. Nagvivibe din ako sakanila pero minsan may pagka strict pag di sumusunod. Ayoko masyadong strict kasi baka lumayo sila sakin or else yung most common is backstab so pinapasunod ko lang naman s

How would you handle disagreements with your members in the future?
The most obvious way, I'll listen to them and analyze their perspective first and i-explain ko din yung akin. to make a team succesful kailangan yung communication din kasi dapat papakingan mo sila to make a solution together. As ate aguilar said din mas okay yung private hindi yung public para hindi masyadong lumala and lumaki pa. Sa disagreements or miscommunication kasi dapat hindi unuuna yung feelings pag nauna kasi yun lalong lala so yun lng

What makes you different from other officers?
I'm a perfectionist sa lahat ng bagay, like ayoko mag settle for less and gusto ko yung best version talaga ng ginawa ko. Ayoko nung basta-basta lang. And I have lots of connection around the campus, I'm very ano social butterfly. I can blend in din I can vibe with them din kahit diko pa sila masyadong kilala. I can communicate with other students or other higher levels easily.
