* landmark case;- Hussainara khatoon VS State of bihar (1979)
in this case, the main issue was the violation of Articles 14 (Right to Equality), 21 (Right to Life and Personal Liberty), and 22 (Protection against Arrest and Detention) of the Constitution of India.
JUDGEMENT:-
The supreme court of India said that Right to speedy trial is a fundamental Right under Art. 21 which talks about Right to Life and Personal Liberty.

- Establishment: Legal Aid Clinics can be established by the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority (RSLSA), District Legal Services Authority (DLSA), or Taluka Legal Services Committee (TLSC)
