Sick Leave

A supervisor may also advance up to 13 days of sick leave for general family care or bereavement purposes.
Rollover Sick Time
Many companies allow their employees to roll over unused sick time into the next year, sometimes indefinitely. This can be a great way to save money on sick leave and minimize usage.
Sick Time Tracking
Sick time tracking is complicated, so many employers outsource it to a third-party provider. These companies can help track accrual and usage, as well as make sure that all the sick time that employees have earned is being used properly.
