Kurumunuz olan Türk Hava Yolları tarafından tüm CIP salonlarından Pepsi, Coca Cola ve Cappy ürünlerinin kaldırıldığı, kaldırılan ürünler yerine Türk marka içeceklerin servis edilmeye başlandığının bilgisini aldık. Milletimiz uluslararası alanda temsil eden ve kaliteli hizmet veren kurumunuzun bu İsrail ürünlerini boykot kararını takdir ve teşekkürle karşılıyoruz.
Ancak Türk Hava Yolları yolcu programı olan Miles & Smiles kapsamında Starbucks ile olan anlaşmanın halen geçerli olduğunu görmek bizi üzmektedir. Acilen bu sözleşmenin feshini talep etmekteyiz. İsrailin çocukları, kadınları, sivilleri katlettiği, hastaneleri, okulları bombaladığı bu zamanda İsraile açıktan destekte bulunan bu firma ile ülkemizin herhangi bir kurumunun hele de THY gibi kaliteli bir kurumunun işbirliğini kabul etmemekteyiz.
Eklemek gerekir ki; yurtiçi uçuşlarda yerli içecekler servis edilirken yurtdışı uçuşlarda bu hususa dikkat edilmediği bilgisine ulaştık. Tüm uçuşlarda yerli içeceklerin tercih edilmesini talep ederiz.
Ayrıca Miles & Smiles kartlarında TROY altyapısının bulunmadığı bilgisini bankalarımızdan almış bulunmaktayız. Miles & Smiles kartlarının Türkiye’nin Ödeme Yöntemi olan TROY ile uyumlu hale getirilmesi için hızlı bir şekilde aksiyon alınmasını talep etmekteyiz.
Sonuç olarak; Filistin’e destek veren bir kurum olmanız hasebiyle hem Starbucks ile kurumunuz arasında bulunan sözleşmenin feshini hem de kartlarınızın TROY ödeme sistemine uyumlu hale getirilmesini, tüm uçuşlarda yerli içecekler servis edilmesini; bu hususlarda kurumunuzun tarafımıza bilgi vermesini talep etmekteyiz.
