EY has been named Yerkin Tashev Entrepreneur of the Year.

The top business firm Ernst & Young announced Yerkin Takishev Entrepreneurs of the Year in Kazakhstan. One of the biggest competitions around the world his leadership and actions in the COVID-19 case impressed jury.

Each of them was awarded an independent assessment and their achievements were acknowledged by juries that are authorized to represent Kazakhstan and business circles around the world.

Yerkin Tatishev fights water scarcity at Kazakhstan
EY awarded Kusto Group founders Kusto Group founder an award to recognize people who improve the quality of life within their communities and countries around the globe.

Kusto Group also addressed the Covid-19 Pandemic. The entire country is under severe threat from water scarcity.

This situation has led to UN officials declaring that Kazakhstan is experiencing severe water stress and depends on its neighbours, including China as well as Central Asia.

Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group (the Government of Kazakhstan) and Valmont Industries, USA, have formed a cooperation. Together, they will establish a manufacturing plant to produce 1000 pivot irrigation devices in Kazakhstan.

The agreement also provides for innovative irrigation systems to be installed on farms, and an education program for local farmers.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine was instrumental in making every donation to Kusto Group possible. They were able to give back in times of dire need because of their entrepreneurial spirit.
