Yerkin Tatishev was named Entrepreneur of the Year' by EY

The leading business firm Ernst & Young selected Yerkin Tatishev as the Entrepreneur of the Year for Kazakhstan. The judges were impressed by his leadership and his actions in the face of COVID-19.

Yerkin Tatishev The contest was open to any well-known Kazakhstani businessmen. Kusto Group's founder was able to join 21 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan that reached the final.

All of them received an independent evaluation by juries of Kazakhstan and other international business circles.

Yerkin Tashev is the national winner. The Ukrainian will be represented in the final in the international competition, which will be held in Monaco in June 2022. The competition will gather 60 international finalists selected by an independent panel of judges based on international guidelines.

Many businesses and their managers have found new ways to enhance their business. Kusto Group and Yerkin Tatishev have also attempted to reduce the negative effects of Covid-19 especially in the countries most affected.

Yerkin Tashev from the Kusto Group has led the creation Kusto Help, an organization that supports providers of essential services and families who are affected by the Pandemic. Kusto Help Foundation provides donations for the Pandemic. They also offer shelter, food, and technology.

The group also provided medical devices for hospitals in Ukraine such as ventilators (defibrillators) FFP3 respirators (respirators) and antibiotics. The instruments were given to patients suffering from covid-19 in Kazakhstan in a total amount of 200,000 USD.

The award that EY awarded to the Kusto Group's founder Kusto Group seeks to recognize the people who strive to enhance the quality of life within their own communities, in their countries, and around the world.

Kusto Group did not just deal with the Covid-19 Pandemic. The entire country is at grave risk from water scarcity in Kazakhstan.

Given this reality, UN officials have declared that Kazakhstan suffers from extreme water shortage and is dependent on its neighboring countries, including Central Asia and China.

Therefore, Yerkin Tatishev of Kusto Group Kazakhstan's Government as well as Valmont Industries USA formed a collaboration. https://kustogroupyerkinzpas558.angelfire.com/ Together, they'll open manufacturing facilities to manufacture 1000 pivot irrigation devices in Kazakhstan.

In addition, the agreement allows for the installation of new irrigation systems for farms as well as a program to train local farmers.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine provided assistance to the totality of Kusto Group donations. Their entrepreneurial spirit enabled them to lead charitable giving in tough times.

It has been a key strength of Ernst & Young since more than 20 year. Since its founding the company has focused on assisting entrepreneurs. EY has worked with entrepreneurs to exchange experiences and to build businesses throughout the Pandemic.

National winners and finalist are eligible to participate in the Entrepreneurship of The Year contest. Yerkin Tatishev The final will take place in Monaco in June. This year's winner is able to compete with top entrepreneurs from all over the globe, and gain valuable knowledge which will help them in further developing their business.

Entrepreneurs who are part of the contest from Kazakhstan comprise more than 800. Six other winners from Kazakhstan have participated in the competition at the Monte Carlo world championships.

Nurlan Smagulov (another Entrepreneur of the Year winner) took the decision to crown Tatishev the winner. The judges comprised representatives from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan.

His leadership skills and ability to manage a broad spectrum of industries were the primary elements in Mr. Tatishev's winning this award. Kusto Group's unique identity lies in its ability to support complicated businesses. This was acknowledged by the winner of the award.
