Tag guest services for anything you need to communicate, questions, blocks for renos, owner stays, vendor assignment, and guest information, etc.
NOTE: Kara will need to know if owner stay blocks will be billed or not billed to the owner.
Tage Maintenace for all maintenance issues, heads up on whatever you need them to know, tv issues, etc. Note: Make sure to include Tracy and Randy. One of them will create the work order, dispatch, and use as a reference for billing. Also, it helps all of us to track unit/owner history in the event we need it in the future.
Linen request. Tag Tracy and Randy and include the cleaner. Once linen is ready, they will let the cleaner know it's ready for pick up.
