First of all, I'll be in the gym every day it is open for at least two hours when I can. In the gym I will spar and roll as often as possible and work the heavy bag for cardio as often as I can. I will take time for shadowboxing, where I will focus on my defense and how I will counter different attacks.
Outside the gym, I will run 3 miles every day with sprints and abs. I will wake up early for work and do it in the morning for the sake of being disciplined and having grit.
On weekends, I'll also run and do abs along with at least 5 rounds of shadowboxing.
