Choose a theme. You could design your basket around a special occasion or an important milestone, such as Farewell, Christmas, Graduation, etc. If the basket is for a cat you could design your basket around a "toy" theme and include lots of different cat toys. If the gift is for a human, consider their personal preferences. If your friend likes reading, for example, you can include a series of cat books, cat manuals, and a cat magazine or two.
