Prioritization
- I wonder where you obtained your subjective data. We do not assume verbalized statements in a case scenario analysis. These have to be evident in the given scenario. Done
- Enrich your cues as supportive to the identified problem. You even have a Hyperthermia diagnosis yet temperature of the patient wasn't noted in the cues column.
- Justification or bases will more expect nursing theories rather than the random research studies only.

NCP
- I think you need to review yourselves in the construction of a proper planning statements in NCP.
- In your independent actions, you basically aimed to assess further the patient only. You do not have any interventions yet that relieve the patient from dehydration and other existing related problem.
- Were relaxation techniques basically dependent? Please review dependent vs interdependent nursing actions.
- Ida-diaper mo talaga yung patient? Bakit? Sinabi ba sa scenario na bedridden sya, halimbawa.
- Be specific in your dependent actions, there were plenty of medical managements mentioned in the given scenario. Make use of them.

DS
- Do not assume brand names
- No drug classification given
- Can you please make your indication client-centered. In drug study we only note the exact reason or purpose of the drug to the patient. Not everything you can find, such as diseases your patient doesn't have, and then note them in the indication column.
- See general guidelines as to improve your Client's response and Nursing responsibilites. You are allowed to make realistic assumption for client's response.
- Kala ko ba TIV yung gamot mo, then why give information under nursing responsibilities that relate to oral drugs? Can you please review the entire of your nursing responsibilities. See the general guidelines I gave.
