What is GreaseVac?We are focused on building safe and efficient grease vacuum machines in Dallas and beyond for the quick removal and storage of used cooking oil from fryolators. We fill a market niche for commercial kitchens whose fryers are too far away for the traditional piping or manual transport systems to work safely and cost-effectively. Since the GreaseVac is mobile, the extracted oil can be quickly transported away from the kitchen. Since the unit also acts as a temporary used cooking oil storage unit; the user does not need smelly and hazardous outdoor Grease barrels or use interior space for this messy need.

Our Product
The Grease Vacuum Dallas is a mobile machine that quickly and safely vacuums used cooking oil from fryolators. Then, the machine is rolled into a storage area inside your facility where the oil is maintained in a liquid state via an internal heating element. The used cooking oil is temporarily stored inside the machine for later removal via your Oil collection service’s pump-out truck. We have two models available: one unit stores 75 gallons ( approximately 10-12 fryers’ worth of Oil ) and the larger unit stores 110 gallons of used oil.
