During a meeting of the Board of Control (SAMNA GB) in August 1989 he requested Capt de Wet (member of the Board of Control) how the GB memorabilia could be preserved. He suggested the establishment of a belief similar to the Unitie Trust which had been drafted by Jonathan Mort of Fairbridges. Mr Mort was requested to make a similar draft for a General Botha belief.

Another nice weekend was had for the water polo membership this past weekend. Our U14 women departed on Thursday for the Pitcairn Cup Water Polo Tournament hosted by Reddam House Constantia in Cape Town. Congratulations to our U15A water polo women who led to 7th/20 place at the Shaun Fuchs Tournament hosted by Crawford College (Lonehill) this last weekend. Our #WellnessWednesday weblog this week comes from our studying assist specialist Ms Ghida Bernard.

This previous weekend the Kingswood boys 1st squash group competed within the Western Province Youth Squash & Peter Furstenberg Stayers’ Festival. Two of our Kingswood girls 1st team players joined the invitational facet (Suikerbossies). Our Cricketers have been putting their greatest foot forward since the start of the season. This previous weekend our KC 1st XI traveled to Hoërskool Framesby to tackle their 1st XI. Our Squash gamers took half in the Dave Hodgson Festival this past weekend. This festival is probably considered one of the highlights on the Eastern Cape Squash circuit and has many of the prime schools in the nation collaborating in it.
