-Müşteri ilişkileri ve satış konusunda güçlü becerilere sahip olmak.
-Hedef odaklı çalışma prensibine sahip olmak, belirlenen satış hedeflerine ulaşma konusunda kararlılık göstermek.
-Takım çalışmasına yatkınlık ve yüksek motivasyon.
-Tercihen satış ve müşteri hizmetleri alanında deneyim, ancak sektöre yeni adım atacak yetenekli adaylar için de eğitim ve gelişim fırsatları sunuyoruz.
İş Tanımı:
-Verilen müşteri listesi üzerinden potansiyel müşterileri aramak ve şirketimizin ürün/hizmetlerini tanıtmak.
-Müşteri ilgisini çekmek ve müşteri kazanımı sağlamak amacıyla etkili iletişim stratejileri uygulamak.
-Kazanılan her müşteri için ek primler kazanarak asıl gelirinizi artırmak.
-Müşteri ihtiyaçlarını anlamak ve uygun çözümler sunmak, böylece müşteri memnuniyetini ve sadakatini sağlamak.
-Müşteri geri bildirimlerini toplamak ve ürün/hizmet gelişimine katkıda bulunmak.
-Satış hedeflerine ulaşmak için kişisel ve ekip bazında çalışmak.
Çalışma Şartları:
Çalışma Günleri: Haftada 6 gün çalışma, 1 gün izin.
Günlük Çalışma Saatleri: Günde 8.5 saat mesai.
Mola Hakkı: Günde 1 saat mola hakkı.
