The staff supports Tommy by helping him go out and for a walk by means of transportation, but the staff has not gone out with him yet until he has documented his acceptance of that support.


The staff support Tommy by taking the treatments for his medical condition at the right time with a cup of water until he swallows the medicine. Tommy responds to the support provided to him by the staff. The support staff suggests giving him medication at the appropriate time, morning and evening, in order to take care of his health condition



The staff support Tommy in maintaining the completion of his daily household tasks by paying attention to personal hygiene and arranging his room. He is responsive in this, well independent, and accepts treatment and guidance.

The staff support Tommy to take care of his health and maintain it by preparing healthy meals appropriate to his health condition. He does not object to that support and is responsive.


The staff support Tommy by scheduling his daily tasks into a routine that he follows daily, and he responds to that support.

The staff support Tommy by monitoring him while he is inside the house so that he is not exposed to any seizures. He is always under the eye of the staff, as he responds to the staff.
