- Both are white alien, insane dictators with no regard to life unless it helps them achieve their goals
- Leader of a giant evil squadron (Frieza Force/REVOCS Corporation) with many lackeys (Frieza's Elite and the Ginyu Force/Nui Harime and Rei Hoomaru)
- Kicked the shit out of the MCs overconfident rival (Vegeta/Satsuki), who was fighting to basically overthrow them for the sake of the Saiyan/human race after licking Frieza's/Ragyo's boot for too long, humiliating them and shattering their resolve
- Were eventually beaten by battle-hungry, black haired MC (Goku/Ryuko) and their blonde, bullshit power of friendship form (Super Saiyan/Senketsu-Kiseragi). They're given the option to surrender but were too prideful to take that offer, leading to both of their deaths (Frieza by Goku's hand/Ragyo via suicide).
- Both absolute pieces of shit, scum of the earth
- Both their goals centered around cosmic entities but for completely different ends of course
- Would return in later installments (Dragon Ball Super/Kill la Kill IF) achieving universal levels of power
- Big chests
Debatability:
Frieza overall has the advantage but Ragyo outhaxes REALLY badly. Frieza has nothing against Ragyo's regeneration or mindhax and even if he could dodge all their attacks, he would eventually get tired and vulnerable. Ragyo wins mid difficulty.
Animation Potential
It's Dragon Ball VS Kill la Kill ffs, the potential is out of this world... LITERALLY. I'm thinking clashes in space, ki blasts, over the top violence, and A LOT OF BLOOD, something that EVERY Dragon Ball fan wants.
