Credit Access Partners Recapitalizes Global Security Provider SecTech Solutions

Credit Access Partners, Ltd (“CAP” or “Credit”) today announced that it has completed a $2.85 billion recapitalization of SecTech Solutions, NV (“SecTech Solutions” or “STS” or the “Company”) in partnership with Boaz Ben Tovim, Founder and CEO of STS. Mr. Ben Tovim will continue to lead the Company as its CEO.
Based in Tel Aviv, Israel, SecTech Solutions is a leading global security solutions provider that offers a comprehensive security solution for a range of end markets, with a particular emphasis on commercial property, public transportation centers, hotels, resorts, retail malls, hospitals, religious institutions, movie theaters, sport arenas, university campus’ and school safety. The tragedy of shootings around the world continues to highlight the inadequacy of the legacy security infrastructure, which largely features disparate and antiquated systems that do not fully protect a facility and require many manual processes in the event of a crisis situation.

STS’s proprietary-developed “One Touch” Lockdown software can fully integrate a facilty’s video management system and cameras, PA system, access control system, electronic door locks, and various other hardware and software technologies into one comprehensive platform, enabling administrators to fully automate an orderly, controlled and fully coordinated lockdown process with the push of a single button. “During a lockdown seconds matter and seconds save lives. “The “One Touch” fully automated process takes seconds. In a crisis situation you don’t want to, and don’t have time to, pull out a check list and decide what you do first, second, or third,” said Mr. Ben Tovim.
STS’s software enables first responders to connect directly to multiple video management systems from multiple end-users (e.g. shopping malls, movie theaters, hospitals, universities, schools, sports arena’s, public transportation hubs, etc.) via a single common operating picture and protocol “COPP”, so that during a lockdown situation, first responders can access third party video cameras, door locks, PA systems, and floor plans instantly regardless of the software installed at the incident-facility.
