Additionally, the issue of staff involvement during the tournament is noteworthy; despite having a large number of staff members, many did not actively contribute. While this may not entirely be your fault, it is related to the management of the event. Furthermore, the incident involving Shen and Soma is concerning. Although I understand that you may have felt sympathetic towards Shen even after the rematch, the decision to provide a "reward" based on personal feelings rather than tournament rules is problematic. This was mainly due to our failure to establish recording as a method of verification from the outset. However, offering rewards outside the established guidelines undermines fairness, regardless of intent. It is not about the outcome of the match but rather about maintaining the integrity of the rules.

Activity Monitoring and Reporting:

Regarding overall activity, I acknowledge that you have personal circumstances, such as your marriage, which are understandably important. However, I would like to inquire if you have implemented any system for daily reporting to ensure you are aware of ongoing matters. We cannot constantly send you direct messages for every issue, as this would be overwhelming. It would be more efficient to have someone designated to compile and summarize issues for your attention.

Rule Development and Enforcement:

In relation to the rules, it is essential that we work on them exclusively with active staff members and those in Branch I, who are directly involved in rule-making. As you previously shared information in another group chat without proper acknowledgment of the rules project, I would like to emphasize that we are working on these rules meticulously, detail by detail. Therefore, statements like "I didn’t know they went over the rules" are unnecessary. The current system of warnings is largely ineffective and inconsistent, as it allows for minor infractions to accumulate to the same consequence as severe offenses, such as inappropriate jokes. This approach lacks fairness. I would suggest focusing on areas such as the 1v1 tournament by revising certain rules or bans, particularly in cases like Takizawa, who has become excessively strong, similar to Ginkui. The game is currently unbalanced, and we seek a fair competition environment without overpowered abilities that can bypass defensive strategies or deal excessive damage.

Leadership and Impartiality:

Lastly, I would like to address the issue of high-rank authority, particularly at the level of branch heads. My concern is whether punishments will be administered with righteousness and fairness. It seems that there may be too much emotional involvement with the staff, which could affect impartiality. A leader must demonstrate efficiency and avoid any bias in their decisions.
