The angle trajectories of the hip and knee joints measured by the absolute angle sensor are the same as those obtained by the dynamic attitude analysis system. 1.5 rad and 0.3 rad were selected as reasonable and effective thresholds for determining sitting and standing states. In recent decades, heart disease threatens people's health seriously because of its prevalence and high risk of death. Therefore, predicting heart disease through some simple physical indicators obtained from the regular physical examination at an early stage has become a valuable subject. Clinically, it is essential to be sensitive to these indicators related to heart disease to make predictions and provide a reliable basis for further diagnosis. However, the large amount of data makes manual analysis and prediction taxing and arduous. Our research aims to predict heart disease both accurately and quickly through various indicators of the body. In this paper, a novel heart disease prediction model is given. We propose a heart disease prediction algorithm that combines the embedded feature selection method and deep neural networks. This embedded feature selection method is based on the LinearSVC algorithm, using the L1 norm as a penalty item to choose a subset of features significantly associated with heart disease. selleck chemicals These features are fed into the deep neural network we built. The weight of the network is initialized with the He initializer to prevent gradient varnishing or explosion so that the predictor can have a better performance. Our model is tested on the heart disease dataset obtained from Kaggle. Some indicators including accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score are calculated to evaluate the predictor, and the results show that our model achieves 98.56%, 99.35%, 97.84%, and 0.983, respectively, and the average AUC score of the model reaches 0.983, confirming that the method we proposed is efficient and reliable for predicting heart disease. In this article, dexmedetomidine (Dex) was used to prevent neurological disorders in patients anesthetized with sevoflurane and the effect was analyzed using ultrasound images based on the restoration algorithm of the linear system model. Children injected with Dex were in the experimental group, while children injected with normal saline were in the control group. The mean arterial pressure (MAP), arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2), heart rate (HR), Pediatric anesthesia agitation scale (PAED) score, Face, Legs, Activity, Cry, Consolability (FLACC) score, and adverse drug event (ADE) in the two groups were compared before the injection (T1), at 5 min (T2), 10 min (T3), and 20 min (T4) after the injection, and when the patient came to himself (T5). It was found that in contrast with the control group, the MAP in the experimental group at T2, T3, and T4 periods was lower, while it was higher at T5 period and its HR at T2, T3, T4, and T5 periods was higher (P  0.05). In conclusion, the restoration algorithm-based ultrasound images had high quality, and they demonstrated good application value in evaluating the effect of Dex to prevent neurological disorders in patients anesthetized by sevoflurane.Percutaneous bone piercing needles are used in orthopedics, which play the role of needle fixation. Needle tract infection is a common complication during the use of percutaneous bone needles. How to prevent needle tract infection is an important topic, so it is necessary to explore better needle tract care methods during percutaneous bone needle indwelling, to provide a basis for clinical work. Based on this, the purpose of this article is to study the effects of needle tract nursing methods for patients with indwelling percutaneous bone puncture needle infections. In this article, through an overview of percutaneous bone needle tract infection, on this basis, a detailed analysis of its occurrence, causes, and main influencing factors are carried out. Experimental studies have shown that the incidence of needle tract infections is 23.64%, mainly mild needle tract infections. Mild needle tract infections account for 84.62% of all needle tract infections, of which grade 1 needle tract infections account for 50.00 of mild needle tract infections. Severe needle tract infections accounted for 15.38% of all needle tract infections. All severe needle tract infections were grade 4 needle tract infections. No patients had bone infections or osteomyelitis.
The incidence rate of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in Taiwan is the highest worldwide. Patients often hesitate and feel helpless when deciding whether to receive dialysis. However, the resulting delay in starting dialysis can potentially threaten patients' lives.

This study aimed to understand the current situation and correlations between hope, social support, and decisional conflict among patients with ESRD deciding whether to receive dialysis. In addition, the role of social support as a mediating variable of the relationship between hope and decisional conflict was investigated.

This study was a cross-sectional, descriptive correlation study. Data, including demographic information, were collected from 85 patients with ESRD who were deciding whether to receive dialysis. Research tools included the Chinese versions of the Herth Hope Index, the Interpersonal Support Evaluation List, and the Decisional Conflict Scale.

When deciding whether to receive dialysis, patients with ESRD felt a low sense ofe dialysis to promote patients' hope and reduce their decisional conflict.
The treatment of C1-C2 fractures mainly depends on fracture type and the stability of the atlantoaxial joint. Disruption of the C1-C2 combination is a big challenge, especially in avoiding vertebral artery, nerve, and vein sinus injury during the operation.

This study aims to show the benefit of using the posterior approach and pedicle screw insertion by nailing technique and direct visualization to treat unstable C1-C2 and, moreover, to determine the advantages of performing early MRI in patients with limited neck movement after trauma.

Between Jan 2017-Feb 2019, we present 21 trauma patients who suffered from C1, C2, or unstable atlantoaxial joint. X-ray, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance image (MRI) were performed preoperatively. All the patients underwent our surgical procedure (posterior approach and pedicle screw placement by direct visualization and nailing technique).

The mean age was 41.1 years old, 8 females and 14 males. The average follow-up time was 2.6 years. Four patients the pedicle screws. An early MRI (12-48 hours) is essential even if no symptoms appear at the time of admission, and if it is normal, it is necessary to repeat it. The presence of skull bleeding can be associated with upper neck instability.
Hospital-acquired infections, also known as nosocomial infections, are one of the many severe outcomes amongst patients in tertiary care hospitals. Hospital-acquired influenza is amongst the most common infection which has affected huge population.

We have performed a meta-analysis in order to summarize the effects of epidemiology and clinical characteristics in HAI.

We performed literature review with help of PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, Scopus, Web of Science, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), The Global Index Medicus (GIM), and other clinical databases till 2021. Many random models were used in order to obtain pooled proportions, mean difference, odds ratio, and CI.

A total of six studies were analyzed, where a total of 491 nosocomial and 4030 nonnosocomial infection cases were reported. The odds ratio of mortality was 0.02 with 95% CI and the risk ration for males was 1.08 with 95% CI.

The proportion of nosocomial infections in cases of influenza was higher in patients admitted in tertiary care hospitals. Thus, a surveillance system for vaccination for all the high-risk patients must be made mandatory.

This study aimed to explore the curative effects on senile refractory facial paralysis treated by penetration electroacupuncture combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy, facial acupoint massage, and cervical reduction on facial nerve.

106 elderly patients with intractable facial paralysis that were retrospectively analyzed were all admitted from January 2019 to June 2020. The 106 patients were evenly divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with penetration electroacupuncture, while the observation group was treated with penetration electroacupuncture plus intermediate frequency electrotherapy + facial acupoint massage + cervical reduction treatment. Then, House-Brackmann (H-B) facial nerve function evaluation, RPA score, TCM syndrome score, disease remission rate, and incidence of adverse events were evaluated and compared between the two groups.

After 4 weeks of treatment, the H-B facial nerve function grading in the observation group was betteon and reduce various diseases, and the effect of this combined treatment plan is more significant than that of penetration electroacupuncture treatment.Fungal infections have become crucial factors that threaten the prognosis and survival of blood disease patients. Here, we aim to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and early and advanced CT (computed tomography) manifestations of patients with invasive pulmonary fungal infections secondary to blood system diseases. 65 hospitalized patients from October 2018 to October 2020 with invasive pulmonary fungal infections secondary to blood diseases were enrolled. Blood diseases were recorded according to clinical and imaging data, and the serum galactomannan test (GM test) was conducted. Two senior radiologists analyzed the CT data and recorded the distribution of the lesions and CT signs. We analyzed and counted the first chest CT scan images of patients with nodule/mass type secondary to hematological diseases and invasive pulmonary fungal infection. The first CT nodules or mass-type lesions were statistically significant in nodule size, the number of lesions, distribution, and accompanying signs. Pulmonary fungal infection was common in both lungs during 7-day, 14-day, and 30-day follow-up CT. We also found that the nodular mass type was the main manifestation in the positive group of the GM test. Both the positive group and the negative group had the highest incidence of nodules. The incidence of air crescent signs in nodules or mass lesions in the positive group was higher than in the negative group, and the difference was statistically significant. To conclude, follow-up CT signs after antifungal treatment were highly sensitive to the early diagnosis of hematological diseases and secondary invasive pulmonary Eumycetes infection, which could be used for clinical treatment to provide help. GM test results were also related to CT manifestations such as air crescent sign, cavity, and halo sign. The objective is to study the application of spiral CT in the diagnosis of the trachea in children. In this study, the effect of 64-slice multislice spiral CT in diagnosing infant bronchial bridge was studied based on an artificial neural network. From June 2020 to December 2020, 100 cases of children with the trachea in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the research object. They were divided into the study group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The results showed that among the 50 cases in the control group, 42 cases were found to have a bronchial foreign body and 8 cases were missed; the detection rate was 84%. There were 7 cases of trachea foreign body, 15 cases of left bronchial foreign body, 14 cases of right bronchial foreign body, and 6 cases of medium bronchial foreign body. The detection rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, with a statistical significance (P less then 0.05). Conclusion. The detection rate of neural networks in MSCT is higher than that of X-ray, and the MSCT based on the artificial neural network can clearly show the morphology, position, and the relationship between the foreign body and trachea, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
