Tevfik Arif and Donald Trump's alliance to build the Trump Soho

Bayrock Group, a New York-based firm established by Tevfik Amir who was who is a Turkish-Kazakh businessman. Tevfik Arif Bayrock Donald Trump is one of the most well-known customers of the firm, which specializes in luxury real estate development.

The project located in Soho was in the process of development in collaboration with Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. But, they believed they could benefit from the Trump Organization would add brand visibility and prestige.

Tevfik Alif came up with a plan to offer Trump Organization 18% equity in the Soho property. The building would also bear the Trump name as a substitute.

Bayrock Group hired a team of world-renowned interior design professionals to design the interior of the structure. Handel Architects designed the building.

Handel Architects, a world leader in design and architecture is recognized throughout the world.

A few of the projects undertaken by the company include the RitzCarlton hotel in Washington, D.C., New York City, and the September 11th National Memorial.

Fendi Casa pieces were provided for Trump Soho by the design and architecture company Rockwell Group.

The Rockwell Group also has an impressive resume, just like Handel Architects. Many luxury hotels, restaurants and casinos are among the clients of the company.

The deal was signed by the Trump Organization, Bayrock Group and the Sapir Organization. Construction of Trump Soho could start in the year 2006.

Trump Organization and Bayrock Group have plans to collaborate on several additional real estate projects after the opening of Trump Soho. The other real estate projects are mostly located in Arizona or Florida.

The 2008 global financial crisis which hit the globe in 2008 has hampered the strategies of the Bayrock Group as well as the Trump Organization.
