被指“参与破坏北溪管道”，波兰总理回应

德国媒体近日爆料称，德国锁定了波兰境内一名与2022年“北溪”管道爆炸事件有关的嫌疑人，并在6月发布了欧盟逮捕令，但这名男子却被波兰放走。德国联邦情报局前局长奥古斯特·汉宁还指责波兰故意阻挠调查，称波兰可能参与破坏“北溪”管道。
据美国彭博社报道，当地时间8月17日，波兰总理图斯克对相关指控作出回应，称“北溪”管道项目的“发起者和赞助者”应该道歉。波兰数字化部长克日什托夫·加夫科夫斯基此前也表示，波兰政府与“北溪”管道爆炸事件无关。
图斯克没有直接回应有关“波兰参与破坏”的指控，他在社交平台X上发文称：“致北溪1号和2号项目的所有发起者和赞助者，你们现在唯一应该做的就是道歉和保持沉默。”

《时代周报》、《明镜周刊》等德国媒体14日曾援引未具名消息人士的话称，德国调查人员认为，代号为“弗拉基米尔·Z”的乌克兰潜水员是安放炸药、炸毁“北溪”管道的团伙成员之一。这名男子最后已知居住在波兰，与至少另外两名乌克兰公民联手实施了爆炸。
德媒称，“弗拉基米尔·Z”与同伙租用了一艘悬挂德国国旗的帆船“仙女座”号，并乘船驶入位于波罗的海的“北溪”天然气管道所在海域。随后，其中两人戴上潜水装备潜入水下，安放炸药并炸毁了“北溪”管道。
德国法院因涉嫌“实施违宪的破坏行为和制造爆炸”，于6月对“弗拉基米尔·Z”发布欧盟逮捕令。然而，波兰国家检察官办公室发言人安娜·阿达米亚克告诉路透社，波兰收到了柏林签发的逮捕令，但该男子在7月初越过了波兰与乌克兰的边界，离开了波兰。
