This study found that in the ongoing pandemic, there is a need for an active mental health promotion program for adolescents from low-income households, especially those who experienced a recent decline in the household economy.
The publication deals with the description of selected aspect of young people's mentality, ie their systems of values. The research was conducted four times in 2003 (325 respondents), in 2008 (379 respondents), in 2013 (368 respondents), and in 2018 (371 respondents) on students of the Bialystok universities. An attempt was made to establish if in the period of the fifteen years between the first survey and the last surveys one could observe changes in the mentality in the desired direction - from the point of view of political transformations - from "collectivism" to "individualism". The way of understanding values was adopted from Rokeach's theory.
The Rokeach Value Survey was used to study the system of values.
The comparative analysis of the value preferences indices across all surveys (survey by survey) has not confirmed proposed hypothesis. It has been shown that the value system has changed towards individualism over fifteen years (when comparing surveys from year 2003 and 2018). Contradictory to the expectations, the most individualistic system of values was presented in survey group in 2008, and not in 2018.
There was no increase in rates of preference for individualistic values "from study to study". The trajectories of changes in value systems turned out to be much more complex (and thus more difficult to describe).

In the practice of inspiring employees' innovative behavior (IB), managers often pay attention to the role of policies, capitals, incentive measures, equipment and other factors, while ignoring the role of the relationship between leaders and employees. Based on social exchange theory and conservation of resources theory, this paper is to examine the mediating role of job satisfaction (JS) and organizational commitment (OC) in the relationship between supervisor-subordinate guanxi (SSG) and employee IB, and the moderating role of psychological safety (PS) in the series mediation model between SSG and employee IB.
Cross-sectional data came from 207 employees of Chinese scientific and technological enterprises. The participants completed the SSG scale, JS scale, OC scale, IB scale, and PS scale. SPSS PROCESS macro was used to test the research hypothesis.
SSG was positively associated with employee IB. SSG can not only influence IB through JS or OC (SSG→JS→IB; SSG→OC→IB) but also influence IB through JS and OC (SSG→JS→OC→IB). PS moderated the joint mediating effects between SSG and IB (SSG→JS→OC→IB).
To stimulate employees' IB within an enterprise can pay attention to the relationship between leaders and employees, improve employee JS, and strengthen employee OC. The lower the PS, the stronger the joint mediation effects between SSG and employee IB. Therefore, leaders should also pay attention to employees with high PS to avoid the counterproductive effect of cultivating SSG.

Fusion of the anterior spinal column remains the mainstay surgical intervention for many spinal degenerative disorders. However, decreased vertebral bone mineral density (BMD), quantitatively measured by dual x-ray absorptiometry (DXA), complicates treatment with surgical interbody fusion as weak underlying bone stock increases the risk of post-operative implant-related adverse events, including cage subsidence. There is a necessity for developing cages with advanced structural designs that incorporate bioengineering and architectural principles to tailor the interbody fusion device directly to the patient's BMD status. Specifically, lattice-designed cages that mimic the web-like structure of native cancellous bone have demonstrated excellent resistance to post-operative subsidence. This article provides an introductory profile of a spinal interbody implant designed intentionally to simulate the lattice structure of human cancellous bone, with a similar modulus of elasticity, and specialized to match a patient's bone status across the BMD continuum. The implant incorporates an open pore design where the degree of pore compactness directly corresponds to the patient's DXA-defined BMD status, including patients with osteoporosis.
Viral load monitoring is a golden indicator for diagnosing treatment failure in patients with HIV. HIV-infected children are considered a priority group for routine viral load monitoring. Globally, the World Health Organization recommends 95% of HIV patients have viral suppression. Factors leading to virological failure are not well understood and studied. This study aimed to determine virological failure among HIV-infected children on first-line antiretroviral therapy in the West Gojjam Zone, Amhara region. Ethiopia.
An institutional-based unmatched case-control study was carried out from October 1 to October 15, 2020, among HIV-infected children on first-line antiretroviral therapy. The study included 94 cases and 276 controls, with a total sample size of 370 out of 378 HIV-infected children. A structured English version checklist was used to collect data through chart review. The data were entered using Epi-data 4.2 and exported into SPSS version 20 for analysis. Descriptive statistics were conducted tsuppress viral replication.

Bovine tuberculosis is an important zoonotic disease caused by
, known to exist in all parts of the world especially in un-hygienic environments. It has a public health impact and humans acquire the infection from infected animals through consumption of raw or unpasteurized milk and dairy products.
An Institutional-based quantitative cross-sectional study was conducted from February to April 2020 to assess the knowledge and practice level along with their derivatives of bovine tuberculosis among adult HIV-positive people in Bahir Dar city public hospitals. The data were collected using structured interviewer questionnaire and systematic random sampling was employed to select study subjects. Thus, a total of 435 people living with HIV were considered for this study.
Out of the total 435 participants 51.5% were male and the mean age was 37.6 years. The overall level of good knowledge and practice of HIV-positive persons for bovine TB were 46.2% and 41.1%, respectively. Moreover, education status, religion, cattle holding, and environmental hygiene were statistically significant associations (p < 0.05) with knowledge level. Likewise, education status, age, and marital status were statistically significant associations with the practice level for bovine TB. Education was a key determinant factor affecting both knowledge and practice.
In conclusion, the present study showed that the level of good knowledge and practice of the participant for bovine TB was low. Hence, tailor-made training by medical and veterinary professionals on the identified risk factors is recommended.

To analyze the clinical characteristics and prognosis of pregnancies that are complicated by cervical cancer and to identify appropriate therapeutic protocols.
Clinical data were acquired from 14 subjects attending hospitals in Beijing and Shanghai, China, between January 2015 and December 2019. Then, we analyzed clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatments, and prognosis.
Of the 14 cases, there were two cases of abortion, two cases of chemotherapy during the second trimester, two cases of cold knife conization, and eight cases of expectant management and extended postpartum treatment. The gestational age ranged from 28 to 40 weeks. All subjects and infants survived except for the fetuses that underwent abortions.
Early diagnosis of cervical therapy, and the provision of multivariate therapy, can prolong gestational age and improve the survival rate of both pregnant women and infants.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common form of pediatric cancer.
, an N
-methyladenosine (m
A) modification protein, plays several roles in cancer development and is involved in the pathogenesis of various types of cancers. However, the role of
gene single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in pediatric ALL susceptibility remains to be investigated.
A case-control design and multinomial logistic regression were used to develop models to estimate the overall risk for pediatric ALL and three
gene SNPs (rs298982 G/A, rs298981 A/G and rs1064034 T/A) in 808 cases and 1340 controls, which were genotyped using a TaqMan assay. The associations were estimated by odds ratios (ORs) with their 95% confidence intervals (CIs). Furthermore, stratified analysis was performed to explore associations of rs298982 and rs1064034 with pediatric ALL susceptibility in terms of age, sex, immunophenotype, minimal residual disease (MRD), and other clinical characteristics.
Among the three analyzed SNPs, rs29lity and chemotherapeutics.
In conclusion, METTL14 gene polymorphisms influence the risk of ALL in southern Chinese children and might be potential biomarkers for pediatric ALL susceptibility and chemotherapeutics.Durvalumab (anti-programmed cell death ligand-1) administration after concurrent chemoradiotherapy (cCRT) has improved the survival of patients with unresectable, locally advanced (LA) stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Some patients are unable to complete cCRT and cannot receive immunotherapy due to poor performance status based on adverse events after cCRT. NVP-BSK805 concentration Immunotherapy plays an important role in anti-programmed cell death ligand-1 (PD-L1)-positive advanced NSCLC and is replacing chemotherapy. In addition, radiotherapy and immunotherapy have been reported to have a synergistic effect. This Phase II, multicenter study (DOLPHIN, WJOG11619L, JapicCTI-194840) is designed to assess the efficacy and safety of durvalumab plus concurrent curative radiation therapy for PD-L1-positive unresectable LA-NSCLC without chemotherapy. Unresectable LA stage III NSCLC patients aged 20 years or older with a World Health Organization/Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) performance status (PS) of 0 or 1 and PD-L1 positivity are enrolled.
