e. - 267.08) for the best docked model of EBV and TLR5 receptor. The molecular simulation results suggest a stable interaction; the RMSD and RMSF values are 1-4 Ǻ and 1-12Ǻ, respectively. Further we have suggested the best possible codon optimized sequence for its cloning and subsequent purification of the protein. Overall, this is a first report to suggest an in-silico method for generation of an EBV candidate against NNV. We surmise that the method and approach suggested could be used as a promising cure for NNVs.Electronic health records (EHRs) allow for meaningful usage of healthcare data. Their adoption provides clinicians with a central location to access and share data, write notes, order labs and prescriptions, and bill for patient visits. However, as non-clinical requirements have increased, time spent using EHRs eclipsed time spent on direct patient care. Several solutions have been proposed to minimize the time spent using EHRs, though each have limitations. Digital scribe technology uses voice-to-text software to convert ambient listening to meaningful medical notes and may eliminate the physical task of documentation, allowing physicians to spend less time on EHR engagement and more time with patients. However, adoption of digital scribe technology poses many barriers for physicians. In this study, we perform a scoping review of the literature to identify barriers to digital scribe implementation and provide solutions to address these barriers. We performed a literature review of digital scribe technology aptability to linguistic differences, compatibility across different clinical encounters, and integration of medical jargon into the note. Broader risks include automation bias and risks to data privacy. Overcoming significant barriers to implementation will facilitate more widespread adoption.

It has a wide range of biologically active compounds and is regarded as a unique medicinal plant with multiple applications. Members of the order Enterobacteriales isolated from trees are often associated with bacterial canker. During the growing season from 2017 to 2020, forty Gram-negative bacterial strains were isolated from Russian olive trees infected with cankers showing symptoms such as distinctive lesions on the trunk and branches, decline, weakness of trees, cracked bark, depressed brown to black lesions accompanied by exudation of gum, in the Kerman and Mazandaran Provinces of Iran. We used a polyphasic approach to identify and characterize these strains. Using a multilocus sequence analysis approach of four housekeeping loci, namely atpD, rpoB, gyrB, infB, and partial 16S rRNA gene sequences, isolates were identified as Gibbsiella quercinecans. These results were further supported by phenotypic and biochemical tests. Results of the biochemical, physiological and phenotypic experiments, indicated that the isolates are members of the Enterobacteriales and within the genus Gibbsiella. Pathogenicity of the G. quercinecans isolates was confirmed by fulfillment of Koch's postulates. To our knowledge, this is the first report of G. quercinecans as the causal agent of bacterial canker of Russian olive trees. The present investigation aimed to improve callus biomass, polyphenolic content, biosynthesis of mangiferin and biological potential following application of different elicitor treatments for medicinally important Salacia chinensis L. The leaf-derived callus cultures were established on Murashige and Skoog's (MS) medium supplemented with 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D 2.0 mg/l) and 6-benzylaminopurine (BAP 1.5 mg/l). These cultures were treated with different elicitors viz. jasmonic acid (JA), methyl jasmonate (MeJA) and yeast extracts (YE). The highest calli biomass (five-fold increase within 4 weeks) was achieved when callus was treated with JA (75 µM). The callus obtained on MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D (2.0 mg/l), BAP (1.5 mg/l) and treated with JA (75 µM) displayed augmented values for total phenolics, flavonoids and mangiferin contents. Besides, same treatment elicits the calli for antioxidant properties as evaluated by 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), ferric-reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) and metal chelating assays. This is the first report on the elicitation study in genus Salacia and, therefore, the discoveries suggested that, S. chinensis calli might be a perfect source for large-scale production of industrially important secondary metabolites. Concurrently data provide accumulated information demonstrating its prominent antioxidant effect revealing its potential without disturbing natural resources.Several plant species synthesize biologically active secondary metabolites. Pyrrolizidine alkaloids are a large group of biotoxins produced by thousands of plant species to protect against the attack of insects and herbivores, but they are highly toxic for humans and animals. In this study, extracts from the aerial part of Senecio brasiliensis were obtained using different technologies ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE), pressurized liquid extraction (PLE), and microwave hydrodiffusion and gravity (MHG). The study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of these technologies for the extraction of chemical compounds found in this plant, focusing on two pyrrolizidine alkaloids integerrimine and senecionine. Influential parameters on yield and chemical composition were also evaluated for UAE and MHG, temperature and pressure; for PLE, temperature, and percentage of ethanol. All the extraction techniques were efficient for the extraction of integerrimine and senecionine. The UAE and PLE stood out for the higher yields and number of compounds. The PLE presented a maximum yield of 18.63% for the matrix leaf and the UAE a maximum yield of 11.82% for the same matrix. These two techniques also stood out in terms of the number of compounds, once 36 different compounds were found via PLE and 17 via UAE.

The actinomycete was identified as Actinoalloteichus cyanogriseus by investigating morphological characteristics and phylogenetic analyses based on its 16S rRNA gene sequence. Two compounds, cyclo-(L-Pro-D-Pro-L-Tyr-L-Tyr) (1) and 2-hydroxyethyl-3-methyl-1,4-naphthoquinone (2), were isolated and characterized from the fermentation broth of the strain 12A22. Compound 2 exhibited significant inhibitory activities against a variety of phytopathogenic fungi (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum, Setosphaeria turcica, and Botrytis cinerea) and Gram-positive bacterium (Bacillus subtilis). In particular, this compound showed better antifungal activity against Botrytis cinerea than positive control amphotericin B. Besides, compound 2 showed moderate cytotoxic activity against human breast cancer MDA-MB-435 cells with IC50 10.59 µM, weaker than the positive control diaminedichloroplatinum with 5.91 μM. Our results suggested that this naphthoquinone could be used as a potential antimicrobial and antitumor agent.

LaA displays potent anticancer activities which has made this natural product a target of numerous chemical and cell biological studies. Little is known about the potential of S136 strain to produce other secondary metabolites. Here we report complete genome sequence of LaA producer and how we used this sequence to evaluate for this species its phylogenetic position and diversity of gene clusters for natural product biosynthesis.

The present study attempts to evaluate the cytotoxicity of Moscatilin on several cancer cell lines through MTT assay. Additionally, it also aims towards estimating and comparing the radiosensitivity, cell-cycle progression, and apoptotic/necrotic effect induced by Moscatilin on different cell lines. The effects of Moscatilin was compared with another significant stilbenoid anticancer agent, Resveratrol (a structural analog of Moscatilin), whose presence has also been reported in Dendrobiums. Considering the threatened nature of this genus, crude extracts of a tropical and epiphytic Dendrobium species, viz., Dendrobium ovatum, prepared from in vitro seedlings were also tested towards cytotoxicity and radiosensitization efficacy. Moscatilin functioned as an effective radiosensitizer at 5 µg/ml along with 1 Gy X-ray and 200 J/m2 UV-C radiations. It was also able to perturb cell cycle both at replicative and post-replicative phases with the aforementioned combination. Moscatilin, in unison with radiation, triggered immunogenic death specifically on cancer cells starting from Pyroptosis, terminating in Necroptosis. Moscatilin, when used singly, could evoke immunogenic cell death. Analyses of Damage-Associated Molecular Patterns released during radiation and Moscatilin treatment would aid in ascertaining the mode of cell death. Moscatilin is a potential radiosensitizer and must be tested for preclinical and clinical trials to combat cancer.
