introduction I am a commercial sensual novelist. I made my commercial debut after writing and submitting a piece to a major label's literary contest and winning the prize money. There are many works that fail to overcome the barriers that professionals can overcome time and again, no matter how many times they try... One conclusion I have come to is that the true nature of the barriers in sensual fiction is descriptive ability. A commonplace metaphor, a one-word adjective, a ground text that is so full of explanations of what is happening that it does not stimulate the sensuality at all...
