Thank you for the reply and offering me the bath items as gift to make up the bad experience I had, but sorry for that I can not accept it since there is nothing wrong with your products which have always been so great to me to have them. I am always impressed by the smell and smile from Lush, the warmness and patience from salesperson are the major factors encouraging me to become a Lush fans.
Bad experience was been made and nothing can change that. However, I will still pay the visit to Lush for how joyful I felt being surrounded by the fragrance of your products. Every customer are enjoying being treated like a VIP in the store, answered patiently by Lush-er, products being well introduced, even just for a short visit without buying any stuff but the potential of coming back next time to purchase is being earned at the moment.
I do not see any necessity to get the store manager in touch with me, and I personally do not want to bring any trouble to that Korean girl. Re-training is something need to be done shortly to avoid pissing off next customer and still looking forward to have another wonderful shopping experience at Lush another day.
